Renew My Spirit
We are living in a troubling time. There continues to be more and more distractions attempting to pull us from God. The world is making what is right, wrong and what is wrong right. There is confusion everywhere. We know this is one of Satan’s devices. Franklin Graham stated that Satan has released all of his demons on earth. I continue to see more signs that Jesus is close to returning for His church.
With all this said, God is calling me to return fully to my first Love. And that Love is Jesus Christ. I believe we all need to make ourselves fully prepared for the return of Jesus. We need to do a soul search and make sure there is nothing standing between us and God.
The following scripture is what the Spirit is leading me to share: Psalm 51:10-12 says, “Create in me a clean heart, O God; and renew a right spirit in me. Cast me not away from thy presence; and take not thy holy spirit from me. Restore unto me the joy of thy salvation; and uphold me with thy free spirit.”
God is good all the time and all the time God is good. I pray that we will add the words from this scripture to our daily prayers. If it worked for King David, it will work for us.
