Alone With God

Prayer time is our time alone with God. Those moments are precious, powerful, and so important. I find it's my dwelling place, where I pour myself out before him. He covers me with comfort, and encouragement that flows into my soul. The Bible says to pray for one another, always giving thanks. I find praying for our churches, our leaders, and our missionaries as well. I pray for our Nation and it's leaders. I pray for global leaders and their nations. Intercessory prayer is a calling not to be taken lightly. I find it sharpens my spiritual sword. It strengthens my armor when combined with studying my Bible. They go hand in hand. So that we are prepared to do the things he has called us to do. So we may do it well. Prayer is a powerful weapon against the Devil and the forces of evil. Remember it is a command not a request.
